About this event
On Tuesday 19th September 2023, from around 10am until 1pm, we will be outside Sandhurst Library to showcase what some local charities and good causes in the area have to offer, and the multiple ways you can help out and volunteer within your community. We have invited various local voluntary and community sector organisations to come along, including Sandhurst Day Centre, Assisting Berkshire’s Children (ABC) to Read , Sandhurst Stroke & Disabled Club and the Wednesday Welcome Group, so there will certainly be a variety of different opportunities for people to learn about and so much information about our amazing third sector for everyone to discover!
Whether you’ve been considering volunteering for a while, the concept is entirely new to you, you’re unsure if you will have enough time, or if you just want to learn more about the work of your local VCSE sector, please feel free to come along to this free event; Everyone is welcome!
