Our Dementia Advisory Service have teamed up with Bracknell Memory Clinic to offer monthly 'drop-in' information sessions at The Prince Pub in Crowthorne. This is a great opportunity to meet up with other Carers in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Dementia Advisory Service and Bracknell Memory Clinic will also be available for one to one information and advice.
The sessions will be held on the last Monday of every month. At present we will trial this for three months. If the sessions are successful we can offer this on a regular basis.
