Home-Start Bracknell Forest is running two four-hour workshops for expectant mums and dads. The 'preparing to be mum' and 'preparing to be dad' workshops will take place at the same time but will be run separately by a female (for mums) and male (for dads) facilitator.
The workshops take place on Saturday, 27 January, 10am to 2pm, with topics including:

labour and birth

changing, holding and bathing baby

talking about mental wellbeing
A light lunch will be provided.
Places are limited. Please book your place online by completing the self-referral form on the Home-Start Bracknell website.
Baby and me group
Home-Start Bracknell Forest's free weekly term-time group for new parents and carers of children aged under 12 months old continues in January. The group is held at the Rowans Family Hub.
